Why am I almost beat in the left lower abdomen, below my hip bone. It does not hurt its just there.

It happens all the time. I hope the baby, but is a bit too early. I am only 7 weeks. Only your heart rate or muscle spasms.
Are you pregnant? If depends on how far advanced. It could be simply that your baby has the hiccups.
It could also simply a muscle contraction. I had both and they sometimes feel like a pulse, throbbing feeling.
If you are pregnant or if you ask whether you might be pregnant as this? You can feel the pulse in different parts of the body. If you have concerns, consult a physician.
Sometimes you feel along the motion of the stomach.
Sometimes I notice my stomach all the press .. something like a heart beat .. I do not know why this happened, but I'm sure it's normal.
If you could prego baby, otherwise I would say that the muscle spasms
