Dogs very well on a vegetarian diet, provided they are well balanced. Enjoy many of the benefits that we veg as human beings when we can enjoy. Recipe of nature is a vegetarian formula for dogs. I do not know if she's a vegetarian, but I think it is. The following link is a page of my favorite online store vegan animal products. Now the cat is a different story. They need nutrients, and it is difficult to change and, in my humble opinion, is probably not a good idea. You need to know exactly what you are doing.

Search Yahoo or Google Linda McCartney vegetarian has written an article on dogs and cats (I do not know, vegan). But do not try to change their pets on a vegetarian or vegan, not 100% sure that you everything you need. I have a dog, Jack Russell, not a vegetarian, but I personally would not even if I am a vegetarian I am.

Dogs and cats are not vegan. They need animal flesh, bones and organs (cats survive longer than dogs) for sale. There are more than a diet of vitamins and minerals. You are free to follow the directives are vegan, but do not impose these restrictions on feeding your pet. They will be severely malnourished and dying.

Ask your veterinarian.

You need to really go mad for the projection of the preferences of the human being. Cats and dogs are carnivores and need meat to survive. So God has created them, and it is very important to preserve the value chain and the balance of nature. If you have a cat or a dog, I feel sorry for him ....

Dogs can survive - but not too much - into a vegetarian, not vegan, however. Cats are carnivores is necessary - that * must * eat meat.
